Air Blast Freezer merupakan salah satu sistem pembekuan super cepat yakni berkisar antara 7 hingga sampai 8 jam saja. Untuk membekukan produk daging dan aeka ikan dengan tujuan agar dapat bertahan kualitasnya dalam jangka waktu yang lama juga mempertahankan rasa, aroma, warna dan kesegaran daging atau ikan tersebut.

Air Blast Freezer is a fast freezing method (7-8 hours) for meat and fish so that it can last for a long time and maintain the taste, aroma, color and freshness of the meat.

A freezing device uses air media that cools to freezing quickly in time (4 - 6 hours) to reach the desired temperature such as -40ºC or -55ºC (40kg up tuna freeze) in one cycle.
